I had a customer leave a product review on a product that I sell. The customer gave a three-star rating because “the delivery took way too long!. Good products until something goes wrong, dont be deceived by the caring facade - capitalist scum bags! Useful Terrible service when delivery goes wrong. reviews for SD LTD., stars: "Product that we got was horrible. Shipped fast, service was excellent and quality is really good and clean. Will be going.
shipping Great product...horrible
That's not very good business. Told 6 weeks for delivery. It is now over 3 months and nothing. I originally made my order on 29 Aug 18, which I received on 6 Sept, however received the wrong shade of makeup from what I ordered. I was told I would be sent out a replacement, which I did not receive until 17 Sept, I patiently waited and did not follow up. I emailed again on 17 Sept but have not received a response, nor have I been sent a response to two follow up emails.
I have made many purchases from Nourished life over the last couple of years and have spent hundreds of dollars, and while postage always takes a little while, I have been ok with this and have patiently waited. What has really upset me and what I am most frustrated with is the fact that I am not receiving any response AT ALL from customer service, not even to keep me informed or updated on my order.
I have lost all faith in this company and will be purchasing my items elsewhere in future. I will also be contacting consumer affairs if I have still not received a response by close of business Monday. Company does NOT respond to emails for around 3- days and the customer service is awful!
Now 18 days since order, still not shipped. No effort from company to keep me informed, I have had to keep following up. I used to love buying my products from this company but AGAIN I am left waiting for my products that are advertised as being shipped with a 48 hour turnaround- This is not true.
The customer service is appalling and they honestly could not care less and reply with short answers and links to australia post website that shows the items have not been sent. I believed in this company when it first started but I'll go elsewhere now, there's plenty of places offering the same items with far superior customer service.
Sorry, there are no questions yet. Your trust is our top concern. Companies can't alter or remove reviews from ProductReview. Great range of products, horrible communication I have tried contacting nourished life on email and on their listed contact number. Return Claim Made No. Date Purchased February Will shop elsewhere in future In the past I've shopped at nourished life online. How did I ever live without? Always great service This is my go to store for essential oils.
Great experience Super fast shipping, lovely products as described and everything was packed beautifully. Poor customer service and product My order took three weeks to get from Australia to New Zealand. Amazing products range and fab customer service I've recently started shopping with this company after being recommended by a couple friends.
Love the products but the delivery is slow I have purchased products on multiple occasions but find receiving products to be extremely slow. Had a problem - and they fixed it quickly and happily! New Owners have ruined this company.
Anyone with eyes or with two minutes can look this up. Yes All polite reviews stating this is not a natural product have been removed over and over. I doubt this is going away.
In some ways, plastic bottles are a case study in how companies can use innovations and consumer outreach to improve a recycling problem. But there is still room for improvement, and companies, including both Coca-Cola and Pepsico , have launched programs to make recycling more efficient and convenient. Venues where plastic bottles are consumed have also gotten involved. Some companies are also building recyclability into the product itself.
Companies and private sellers that deliver products through the mail often over-package, putting a pre-boxed item in a second box, and sometimes even a third one. One option is to use sustainable packing materials, rather than the traditional styrofoam. There are numerous sustainable options, including packing materials made from corn starch or sorghum , which can be composted. And New York-based Ecovative design has developed fungus-based packing materials that are being used by Dell, Crate and Barrel and Puma, among others.
Ed Kastenbaum, general manager of San Francisco-based The Packaging Store, and vice president of the Retail Packaging Association, packs with recycled pulp instead of Styrofoam when selling to wine shippers.
Kastenbaum says that the pulp wine shippers are widely available. Pizza boxes — and many other takeout containers — are made of recyclable materials, but when cheese or other food scraps stick to the cardboard, they are no longer recyclable. Consumer awareness and letting consumers know that the box is valuable. Some pizza companies such as Straw Hat Pizza separate food and compostable materials in the restaurants. East coast-based Skinny Pines Brick Oven Caterer use innovative packages such as The Green Box, a recyclable pizza box that can be disassembled to making it recyclable friendly.

Would I want Gatorade in 48 hours? Would I still be sick, or still be alive to drink it in two days time? But the core gesture of pressing a button to receive gratification days later fundamentally feels less like convenience than illusion. The Dash button advertises products like razors, laundry pods, and diapers. And when that happens, the button is waiting there at the bathroom sink or by the changing table to let you order more in perfect domestic context.
But Amazon severely limits what you can actually order. Not only are Dash buttons currently limited to a few brands—you can, for instance, acquire a button to buy Huggies but not Pampers, or Glad trash bags but not Hefty—when you actually set up each button for the first time, you learn that the sub-selections are further limited to a preselected list.
I buy Mach3 razors.
